About the Program

The Early Childhood Care Education and Administration Course is designed to prepare learners to work with children aged 0-8 years. This early childhood education course aims to provide theoretical knowledge and a deeper understanding of core principles that form the foundation of Early Childhood Education, based on child development.

The Early Childhood Care Education and Administration course, one of the most impactful teacher training courses, enables the learners to acquire attitudes and skills to work with children in the 0-8 years of age range using play way methods.

This hybrid and online early childhood education course equips learners to organise, plan, and administer preschool programs while working effectively with parents and the community in supporting their children’s development.

The course covers various aspects of ECCEd&A, including stages of child development, global pioneers and its approaches, storytelling, puppetry, teaching methods, child rights, role of a teacher, child health, hygiene, and nutrition.

This Course is available in two formats:

  • A. Face to Face (with access to online materials) called Hybrid
  • B. Online (completely online)

    This module gives an overview about the foundations that formed the basis of Early Childhood Care and Education, exploring its history, key concepts, and significance in modern-day schools.
  • Module 2 - Contributions in Development of ECCE.
    The module discusses the theories, research, and influential personalities who have shaped the field of early childhood care and education.
  • Module 3 - Trends & Policies in ECCE.
    This module highlights the current trends, initiatives, and policies associated with ECCE, both on a national and global scale.
  • Module 4 - Child Rights.
    The module sheds light on what are child rights, the importance of safeguarding these rights, and their relevance to ECCE. It also gives information about how child rights are protected and promoted.
  • Module 5 - NEP 2020 and NCF 2022.
    This module provides detailed information about National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) and the National Curriculum Framework 2022 (NCF 2022), highlighting their implications on ECCE.
